Paolo Tosini
President
Paolo Tosini studied film restoration at the University of Udine and at the Bundesarchive in Berlin. He has worked at various international festivals as a manager and technical director, including Le Giornate del Cinema Muto, FILUX and Distrital. In 2009 he moved to Mexico where he created and directed the Digital Restoration Laboratory of the National Film Library of Mexico for 5 years. He is a consultant for several archives, including the General Archive of the Dominican Republic and the Cineteca of Bogotá, Colombia. He has given courses on film restoration, digital projection and archives. He is currently the director of the Audiovisual Heritage Conservation and Management course, where he teaches Theory and Methodology of Cinematographic Restoration and Theory, Technique of Cinematographic Projections, Conservation, Digital Restoration; He is a professor of Film History at the Università del Salento.

After a master's degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia Representation at the University of Turin and a master's degree at the Roma Tre University in film preservation, he had several trainings and collaborations with lab and film libraries in Italy and abroad like Museo Nazionale del Cinema di Torino, Cineteca Nazionale e Istituto Luce, "La Camera Ottica" in Gorizia, the Filmmuseum in Vienna. From 2015 to 2019 he was the Head of the restoration projects at the Helena Sanchez Valenzuela laboratory of the Cineteca Nacional Mèxico in Mexico City. Since September 2019 he is a consultant for Cinèmathèque Suisse, and since September 2020 he has been in charge of the digital restoration laboratory in the Cineteca of the Museo Nazionale del Cinema di Torino. Over the years, he published in magazines like "Black and White" and "Journal of Film Preservation" and has given presentations on the Cinema Ritrovato Festival and the FIC Silente México.
Marcello Seregni
Secretary
Archivist and audiovisual historian. He has worked, among others, at the Museo Nazionale del Cinema (Turin), Fondazione Cineteca Italiana (Milan), Archivio Nazionale del Film di Famiglia Home Movies (Bologna). He has published essays and articles in important Italian and international volumes and periodicals (Journal of Film Preservation, Black & White, Fata Morgana) and edited the books "L'immagine colore. Le fer à cheval, a Pathé film" (Artdigiland, 2016), "Marcello Mastroianni, un uomo al cinema" (Clichy Editions, 2016) and is co-author of "L'immagine in movimento e la rivoluzione digitale"( Carocci, 2020, with Virgilio Tosi and Lorenzo Lorusso). He is currently Cinema Manager of some theatres in Milan.
